FRANKLIN, TENN. — CKE Restaurants Holdings Inc., parent company of Carl’s Jr. and Hardee’s, has appointed two new team members from Cracker Barrel Old Country Store and Yum! Brands.

Jennifer Tate is joining the company from Cracker Barrel Old Country Store where she was senior vice president and chief marketing officer and will now serve as chief marketing officer for CKE Restaurants. Mike Lenihan, who was vice president of planning and analysis and treasury of Yum! Brands, is now CKE Restaurant’s new chief financial officer.

Along with her experience at Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Ms. Tate also held marketing positions for Olive Garden at Darden Restaurants.

She received a bachelor’s degree in international relations at the University of Southern California, a master’s degree in international affairs at George Washington University and a master’s degree in business administration at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Mr. Lenihan was with Yum! Brands for over 20 years and has experience in brands like KFC, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell and others.
