BALTIMORE — Fuchs North America has launched a Shareworthy Sauces and Spreads Collection of Seasonings.
The collection offers three seasoning blends that highlight global flavors. The seasoning blends were created to enhance flavors in such applications as sauces, dips, and spreads.
The three seasoning blends include: Sikil P’ak seasoning, Salsa Macha seasoning, and Guasacaca seasoning.
Fuchs North America said its Sikil P’ak seasoning is a take on traditional hummus. It is formulated from pumpkin seeds combined with spices.
Its Salsa Macha seasoning may be used in such applications as oil and mayo bases and also helps create a Mexican inspired sauce.
The company’s Guasacaca seasoning features flavors found in traditional guasacaca.
“It is undeniable that consumers have had an infatuation with trying global inspired flavors,” said Shannon Cushen, director of marketing at Fuchs North America. “Especially those from Latin America, and incorporating them into the foods they consume regularly. The global flavor trend is here to stay, so we decided to explore emerging international flavor trends to find inspiration for the three seasonings featured in this collection.”
