The show took place Jan. 21-23 in Las Vegas.
Ready-to-eat Thai sauce brand Watcharee’s introduced a line of noodle meal kits at the show. The line has three flavors that capture Thailand’s distinctive culinary traditions: Thai peanut noodles, Thai red curry noodles and Thai coconut curry noodles, according to the company.
“Our meal kits are wholesome alternatives for people on the go who love authentic Thai flavors,” said Watcharee Limanon, founder of Watcharee’s. “Each kit combines our classic Thai sauces made with fresh coconut milk and curry paste, noodles, vegetables, and plant-based protein. Just microwave and voilà.”
Eric’s Nopales made its debut at the show with its line of shelf-stable pickled prickly pear cactus pads. The line, which reimagined the traditional Mexican ingredient, includes flavors like garlic and dill, Tuscan herb, heat wave, taco truck and chili ginger.
“We see strong market and cultural indicators that heritage and non-heritage consumers want a convenient and delicious way to enjoy this nutritious and climate-friendly wonder food,” said Jillian Ruiz, co-owner and chief executive officer. “These five flavors reflect the places, cultures, and cuisines we love and showcase the versatility of nopales as a pantry staple.”
Il Mulino New York debuted a line of jarred pasta sauces, which are available in marinara, vodka cream and pomodoro sauce varieties.

Bonnie’s Jams launched a line of mini pepper jellies, which includes flavors like red pepper jelly, blueberry habanero jelly and peach pepper jelly. The mini jellies come in 1.5-oz jars and are the “perfect size to add pop and flavor to every cheeseboard presentation,” the company said.

Dessert company Gâteaux launched a line of frozen petit-size cakes, which are available in four flavors:

Plant-based company Prime Roots has partnered with Three Little Pigs to launch its first line of plant-based koji-pâtés and koji-foie gras for retail.
The black truffle and harvest apple koji-pâtés features a blend of black truffle, apple and sage flavors, and the koji-foie gras is “buttery smooth,” according to the company.
“It’s so fun to wow people’s tastebuds with a plant-based koji-pâté and koji-foie gras that gives people the freedom to indulge because it tastes just like conventional but is plant-based, contains no cholesterol, nitrates, gluten, soy, non-GMO, antibiotics, or top nine allergens,” said Kimberlie Le founder and chief executive officer of Prime Roots, “We are excited to spread joie de vivre with our first Prime Roots X Three Little Pigs epicureans’ delight.”
Scoot Frozen Lemonade made its official retail launch at the show. The company’s products feature a lemonade slush in a convenient pouch format.
Manufacturer of Nature’s Garden Snack Foods Cibo Vita added new flavors of its probiotic Yoggies and FruiChias.
The probiotic Yoggies, which are formulated from fruit pieces and coated in yogurt, are now available in strawberry and mixed berry multipacks. The FruiChias are made from fruit puree with chia seeds.
Ronda’s Fine Foods debuted its Original Muhammara dip, sauce and spread. The new product, which originates in Aleppo, Syria, features a blend of pomegranate, walnuts, roasted red peppers, Aleppo peppers, sumac and olive oil.
“Our goal in expanding our internationally inspired line of family recipes is to offer consumers delicious, elevated convenience, in a healthy, like-homemade way,” said co-founder Ronda Brittian. “From charcuterie, mezze, appetizers, and prepared meals, Ronda’s Fine Foods dip/sauce/spreads bring a level of flavor and flair that simply cannot be found with traditional products.”
Treat brand The Sweetery debuted Bourbon Buddies, which feature flavors of ginger, pumpkin and vanilla. The Bourbon Buddies join the company’s existing line of Wine Sticks and Beer Buddies.
